Shipping Address and Gift Packages 

if you are sending a package as a gift please be mindful while putting the right address . 

incorrect /insufficient address 

If your package is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout we will reach out to you via email once we receive the package. A full refund is not guaranteed. 

Cancellations , Exchanges and Returns 

Please note as we are a small business we are unable to cancel or refund orders after they are placed . 

 

Damaged Item 

If you received a damaged item please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of the delivered date. We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item. Please email the photos to

Lost or Stolen Packages

Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim.
